Rlogin is a remote shell client (like SSH), which is designed to be fast and small. It is not encrypted, which may have some small drawbacks in high security environments, but it is able to operate at very high speeds. Both the server and client do not use very much memory.

SOGo is a very fast and scalable modern collaboration suite (or groupware). It offers calendaring, address book management, and a full-featured Webmail client along with resource sharing and permission handling. It also makes use of documented standards (IMAP, CalDAV, CardDAV, etc.) and thereby provides native connectivity (without plugins) to many clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, the iPhone, Mozilla Lightning, and a plethora of mobile devices via SyncML. It can reuse any existing email and database infrastructure, avoiding long hours of site restructuring.

F-Engrave generates g-code tool paths for CNC machines using CXF fonts, true type fonts (TTF), or a 2D DXF file. It can generate tool paths for engraving or v-carving text or a DXF design. The output of F-Engrave can be imported into EMC2, MACH3, or other machine controllers. F-Engrave output can be reopened by F-Engrave for later editing. F-Engrave designs can also be exported as SVG files.
Release Notes: Support for DXF polyline entity "bulges" was added. The code was modified for compatibility with Python 3 (Python 2.5 through 3.3 is supported). Stale references to the grid geometry manager were removed, fixing a compatibility issue.
Instantbird is a multi-protocol instant messaging client. Using it, you can connect to all your different IM accounts. It uses the Mozilla rendering engine to display messages, and uses the Pidgin libpurple to connect to the different networks.
Release Notes: For IRC, long messages will now be sent in multiple parts, and more authentication methods are supported when connecting e.g. to Freenode. In Twitter, replying to a tweet now replies to all users, just like on the Twitter Web site. A user’s nicknames are now highlighted when mentioned in a chat. Two new social networks were added: Odnoklassniki and VKontakte. Various connection issues with Twitter and XMPP-based networks were fixed. Accessibility was improved.
Paludis is a package manager for Gentoo (and derived distributions) and Exherbo. It consists of a core library and a number of console-based clients. Package formats supported include Gentoo ebuilds and kdebuilds (as defined by the Package Manager Specification), the Exherbo exheres-0 format, and various miscellaneous utility pseudo-formats for managing accounts, unwritten and unavailable packages, and packages for which no package exists.

libdash provides generic, efficient multi-threaded data access. It allows data distribution and synchronization in heterogenous environments, implemented by the CoDASH library. The primary use case is the development of task-parallel multi-threaded applications.

Ip phone Scanning Made Easy (ISME) scans a VOIP environment, adapts to enterprise VOIP, and exploits the possibilities of being connected directly to an IP Phone VLAN. It seeks to get the phone's configuration file directly from a TFTP server, enable SIP/SIPS (TCP/UDP), communicate with an embedded Web server and Web server banner, identify the editor by MAC address, and identify potential default login/password combinations which should be changed.

check_hpasm is a plugin for Nagios which checks the hardware health of Hewlett-Packard Proliant servers. To accomplish this, you must have installed the hpasm package. The plugin checks the health of processors, power supplies, memory modules, fans, CPU- and board-temperatures, and alerts you if one of these components is faulty or operates outside its normal parameters.
