Orthanc is a lightweight, RESTful DICOM server for health care and medical research.
Release Notes: This release added transparent compression of the DICOM instances on the disk. The patient/study/series/instances are now indexed by SHA-1 digests of their DICOM Instance IDs (and no longer by UUIDs). The same DICOM objects are thus always identified by the same Orthanc IDs. Instances exported through DICOM C-Store SCU are now logged ("/exported" URI). The DB schema and the REST API were fully refactored.
Napata CMS is a CMS for sites that are biased towards sharing information, primarily with text. It is a little wiki-like, but not a wiki. The CMS's frontpage almost resembles a blog's homepage.The script has three dedicated variants depending on the syntax in use: Mediawiki-like Markup variant, Markdown variant, and WYSIWYM variant. It incorporates a simple revision system that saves a copy of any post/article that is edited. It is easy to install using an intuitive Web installer.
Release Notes: All database queries now use PHP's PDO. Numerous bugs in the rendering engine were fixed. The script now searches for the config file prior to the bootstrap process. If there is no config file, the installer is called instead. The script also comes with SQlite-backed static pages and a revamped admin section.
Phoebetria lets you take control of your BitFenix Recon fan controller on more operating systems than the official software. It offers all of the same features as the official software, with the exception of remote access, and has been tested on Windows, Linux, and OS X.
Release Notes: This is the first non-beta release. Software auto was added. This feature takes the Recon's auto mode a step further by allowing you to setup your own fan curves. Profiles are now saved in a SQLite database rather than .ini files for greater flexibility. The first time you launch this version, your old profiles will be imported automatically.
Siam Quantum (SQ) is a quantum chemistry program that calculates wave function and total energy of molecules. It currently supports Hartree-Fock and MP2 methods using Gaussian-type basis functions. Geometry optimization is also possible. The source code is well documented because it was initially designed for academic purposes so that students can easily understand. However, Siam Quantum can also produce high quality results for research purposes because the energies calculated are comparable to the ones produced by other software packages such as Gaussian or GAMESS, with the errors in the order of 10^-6 Hartrees, which can be further reduced with more strict cut-off.
Release Notes: Electron correlation energy using Moller-Plesset perturbation theory (MP2) is now available. Calculated results can now be stored in a checkpoint file. The bug related to DIIS convergence method has been fixed.
