Using Metalink's chunk checksums, aria2 automatically validates chunks of data while downloading a file like BitTorrent.
Release Notes: This release adds the ability to persist the GID across sessions. The GID will be saved with --save-session. There are several restrictions on how the GID is persisted. See the manual for details. For this change, the GID is now 64-bit binary data and represented by a 16 character hex string in an RPC query. The disk cache feature was added, which may reduce disk activity. The console readout was redesigned. The warning displayed when --file-allocation=falloc is used on MinGW32 builds was removed as a bug.
Doxygen is a cross-platform, JavaDoc-like documentation system for C++, C, Objective-C, C#, Java, IDL, Python, PHP, VHDL, and Fortran. Doxygen can be used to generate an on-line class browser (in HTML) and/or an off-line reference manual (in LaTeX or RTF) from a set of source files. Doxygen can also be configured to extract the code-structure from undocumented source files. This includes dependency graphs, class diagrams and hyperlinked source code. SMPlayer is a complete media player for Windows and Linux. It uses MPlayer as a playback engine, which is capable of playing most video and audio formats (AVI, mkv, WMV, MP4, MPEG, etc.). It can also play and download YouTube videos. One of the most interesting features is that it remembers the settings of all files you play. So if you start to watch a movie but have to leave, when you open that movie again it will resume at the same point you left it, and with the same settings: audio track, subtitles, volume, etc.
Release Notes: Fixed for YouTube playback.
Clonezilla is a partition or disk cloning tool similar to Symantec Ghost. It saves and restores only blocks in use on the hard drive if the file system is supported. For unsupported file systems, dd is used instead. It has been used to clone a 5 GB system to 40 clients in about 10 minutes.
Release Notes: The underlying GNU/Linux operating system has been upgraded. This release is based on the Debian Sid repository (as of 2012/Dec/22). It fixes the parse_cmdline_option in drbl-function, which failed to parse boot parameters containing the "$" character. Package drbl has been updated to 2.1.51-drbl1, and clonezilla has been updated to 3.1.38-drbl1
CLOGS is a library for higher-level operations on top of the OpenCL C++ API. It is designed to integrate with other OpenCL code, including synchronization using OpenCL events. Currently only two operations are supported: radix sorting and exclusive scan. Radix sort supports all the unsigned integral types as keys, and all the built-in scalar and vector types suitable for storage in buffers as values. Scan supports all the integral types. It also supports vector types, which allows limited multi-scan capabilities.
Release Notes: This release adds a facility to retrieve all the OpenCL events associated with enqueued commands, making it easier to profile them.

It allows the detailed definition of new polymer chemistries in the XpertDef module. These chemistry definitions are then used in the desktop calculator-like mass calculator (XpertCalc) and in the sophisticated polymer sequence editor and (bio-)chemical/mass spectrometric simulations module (XpertEdit). Available simulations include polymer and monomer chemical modifications, polymer sequence cleavage, gas-phase fragmentation, m/z ratio calculations, and more.
Release Notes: This release implements a feature that allows one to enter a coordinates string in the sequence editor window so as to select a specific sequence, make a multi-region selection, or make a multi-selection region. The mzLab GUI has been refactored so as to greatly simplify its use. The French translation has been updated.
Forban is a P2P file sharing application for link-local and local area networks. Forban works independently from the Internet and uses only the local area capabilities to announce, discover, search, or share files. Forban relies on HTTP and is opportunistic, meaning that it replicates any files of interest seen in its proximity. The Forban protocols are minimalistic to ease the production of other implementations.
Release Notes: This bugfix release includes an update to avoid an exception when a shared directory is not using the default path. Some other bugfixes are included.
