PDO4You is a class that implements the Singleton design pattern for connecting the database using the PDO extension (PHP Data Objects). It provides an abstraction layer for accessing data, regardless of which database you are using, and ensures that there is a single object instance per database connection. It can connect to several possible SQL databases using the available PDO drivers. Currently it supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, Sybase, and CUBRID (a database highly optimized for Web applications). The class can also execute multiple queries at once given a string in JSON format that specifies the type of query, the tables, fields, field values, conditions, etc.

Stunnix Advanced Web Server is a Web server for putting Web sites onto CD-ROMs, DVDs, FlashDisks, and other readonly media to be used on any typical system. Sites can be scripted with PHP, Python, Java, or Perl and can be driven by MySQL or SQLite databases. All required software programs are designed to reside on the CD-ROM to avoid the need to install software on the user's computer. The Web serving core is based on Apache 1.3.x, and has additional functionality to detect and use free ports and automatically start a browser on each platform. Desktop applications can also be created with it.

BuGLe combines a graphical OpenGL debugger with a selection of filters on the OpenGL command stream. The debugger allows viewing of state, textures, framebuffers, and shaders, while the filters allow for logging, error checking, free camera control, video capture, and more.

morituri is a CD ripper that aims for accuracy over speed. Its features are modeled to compare with Exact Audio Copy on Windows. It features support for MusicBrainz for metadata lookup, support for AccurateRip verification, support for cdparanoia, detection of sample read offset of drives, the ability to test and copy a rip, the ability to detect and rip Hidden Track One Audio, templates for file and directory naming, and tagging using GStreamer. Currently, it only supports lossless encoding and only has a command line client.

Go! is a PHP 5.4 library that allows developers to add support for aspect-oriented programming (AOP) to their PHP applications. It doesn't require PECL extensions, Runkit, evals, or DI containers. The code with weaved aspects is fully readable and native, and can be easily debugged with XDebug. You can debug either classes or aspects. It can potentially be installed in every PHP application because you don't have to change the application source code at all. As an example, with the help of 10-20 lines of code it is possible to intercept all of the public, protected, and static methods in all classes of an application, and display the name and the arguments of each method during its execution.

Wmconfig is a text-based menu generation tool for various X window managers for desktops. Toolkits like Qt or Gtk are not required. It uses a simple configuration layout and the configuration may be edited with a text editor.

JASocket is a lock-free, scalable, and robust server framework with no single point of failure. Servers are run on a cluster of nodes. Servers interact with other servers using mobile agents, which reduces the number of messages and thus reduces the overall system latency. Administration is handled via ssh.

listener is a typical security-related program like the motion package (which detects motion on a Webcam): it listens for sound. If it detects any, it starts recording until the sound stops (or a bit later, which is configurable). It stores the audio in .WAV files.

Guacamole is an HTML5 Web application that provides access to desktop environments using remote desktop protocols such as VNC or RDP. A centralized server acts as a tunnel and proxy, allowing access to multiple desktops through a Web browser. No plugins are needed. The client requires nothing more than a Web browser supporting HTML5 and AJAX.
Release Notes: A parameter value truncation bug has been fixed. Connections read from user-mapping.xml are now sorted by name. Console support has been added to libguac-client-rdp.
AlphaLemon CMS is a content management system built on top of the Symfony2 framework. Conary is a distributed software management system for Linux distributions. It replaces traditional package management solutions (such as RPM and dpkg) with one designed to enable loose collaboration across the Internet. Rather than having a full distribution come from a single vendor, it allows administrators and developers to branch a distribution, keeping the pieces which fit their environment while grabbing components from other repositories across the Internet.

FFmpeg is a tool for converting audio, video, and subtitles. It includes libavcodec, the leading open source codec library. It also includes libavformat (implementing muxers and demuxers), libswscale (for very fast video scaling), and libavfilter (an advanced video filter system supporting arbitrary filter graphs), and libavutil (a utility library intended to supplement libc). A simple multimedia player is included too. An experimental streaming server for live broadcasts is also included.
