Bugfixes for colors in 3D PDF and for drawing in MPI mode. If the Aspect() function has NAN argument(s), then it tries to select an optimal aspect ratio. The option 'size' in Legend() now changes only text size (not mark size). The option 'meshnum' now influences Boxs() and Belt() functions. Adjust marks drawing (line width and dots). Other minor improvements and bugfixes.

No download Website 28 Jan 22:40 JavaScript Page Animation Object 2013.01.28

Screenshot

JavaScript Page Animation Object is a standalone JavaScript object that can be used to animate elements of HTML Web pages, without requiring additional libraries. It can manage one or more animations that may run in parallel. Each animation is composed of a sequence of steps that apply individual effects to Web page elements. Currently, it supports the following effects: showing or hiding page elements, fading in, fading out, and replacing, appending, or prepending HTML to a page element, sliding in and out a page element, scrolling the page to make an element visible, showing a number incrementing gradually until it reaches a given value, and giving emphasis to a page element by drawing a circle around it or underlining with lines drawn on HTML5 canvas objects. It also supports pseudo-effects for synchronization purposes like canceling a parallel animation or waiting for a given period of time.

Release Notes: This release adds the effects to slide in and out a page element, scroll the page to make an element visible, show a number incrementing gradually until it reaches a given value, and give emphasis to a page element by drawing a circle around it or underlining with lines drawn on HTML5 canvas objects.

Screenshot

relax is a program designed for the study of the dynamics of proteins and other macromolecules though the analysis of experimental NMR data. It supports exponential curve fitting for the calculation of the R1 and R2 relaxation rates, calculation of the NOE, reduced spectral density mapping, the Lipari and Szabo model-free analysis, study of domain motions via the N-state model (or ensemble analysis) and frame order dynamics theories using anisotropic NMR parameters such as RDCs and PCSs, the investigation of stereochemistry in dynamic ensembles, and the analysis of relaxation dispersion.

Release Notes: This is a major feature and bugfix release that marks the completion of the N-state model analysis implementation. The N-state model allows single structures or ensembles of static structures to be analyzed and compared using residual dipolar couplings (RDCs), pseudo-contact shifts (PCSs), and distance restraints via NOEs. In addition to alignment tensors, the populations or probabilities of each state can be optimized, as well as the position of the paramagnetic center when PCSs are used.
