Ace Operator enables live click to chat service between company representatives and customers from the company Web site. It allows customers to contact live agents at the click of a button, engage in interactive chat-based conversation, and exchange information using multimedia content. It is an application for support and any kind of customer services over the Web.

Release Notes: This release has improved support for mobile and tablet devices. Ace Operator now works well on iPhone and Android devices. In addition, it adds features like file sharing, configurable avatars, black list, and much more. It fixes many issues found by the user community.


Release Notes: This version introduces a new user interface, adds initial support for mobile devices, introduces a firewall and proxy friendly communications protocol, improves the installation procedure, and upgrades all the underlying technologies to use the latest and greatest.


Release Notes: Support for the Croatian language has been added. Ace Operator can now send email through a server supporting SSL encryption. Bugs related to the handling of strings containing non-ISO8859-1 characters has been fixed. Ace Operator now uses the UTF-8 encoding. Bugs in which the application server was not able to reverse proxy HTTP requests to a back-end Web server has been fixed. Other minor bugs were fixed.


Release Notes: This release is a stable maintenance release. Problems with the Dutch language translations were fixed. Ace Operator was upgraded to work with Java 1.5, MySQL 5.x, and Tomcat 5.5. A number of minor bugs have been fixed. Operators can now see the IP address of the calling party.
