Release Notes: This release cleans up the types __apt_ppa, __apt_ppa_update_index, __file, __ssh_authorized_key, __timezone, and all install types. The parameter changing code was removed, and the __rvm_ruby type now uses the default as a Boolean parameter. The Web documentation was cleaned up.
