Release Notes: This maintenance update includes five bugfixes and usability tweaks. The 'nobody' shortcut on the ticket peek popup now works properly in IE8. An issue where malformed HTML attachments were being truncated when displayed in the browser was fixed. An issue with purified HTML attachments having their ID attributes stripped when displayed in the browser was fixed. When hovering over an attachment, a download option is now revealed. An issue in the scheduler where only one job would run per request if PHP lacked permission to use the set_time_limit() function was fixed.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes nine bugfixes and usability tweaks. Virtual Attendants can use the 'Send Email' action in organization, knowledgebase, and time tracking behaviors. An informative error message is displayed when the database connection is lost. An issue in Firefox where the reply box no longer focused was fixed. The first available reply-to address will be used where there is no default. An issue where PHP was expiring inactive sessions earlier than the browser cookie was fixed. Issues with keyboard shortcuts on the reply and compose forms when selecting text with Ctrl+Shift were fixed.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes five fixes and usability enhancements. The Portuguese translation was updated. The default labels for Activity Log entries when used in Virtual Attendant behavior were fixed. A bug in the Send Mail action of Virtual Attendant behaviors that prevented the 'From:' address from being set properly in some cases was fixed. The 'Current Worker' placeholder may now be used when filtering worklist-based dashboard widgets.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes five fixes and usability enhancements. The generic 'Send Email' action in Virtual Attendants may now specify a 'From:' address. This may also be determined with placeholders on ticket-based behaviors. An option was added to worker preferences to control the initial size of the reply text box. The auto-grow functionality may also be disabled as a worker preference. An issue with auto-grow text boxes where OS-level keyboard shortcuts no longer worked if they involved PgUp/PgDn was fixed.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 18 fixes and usability enhancements. Inbound mail from workers will not be relayed if auth headers do not exist, or if the worker is deactivated. Calendar events may be added from worklists and the Links menu. This release fixes a login bug which made the "use a different email" link not work in some browsers and fixes an issue with quoted text not appearing in the reply box in some cases. The worker login method may be bulk-updated from Setup. Snippet worklists may be sorted by owner. The Ctrl+Shift reply shortcuts now work on Chrome for Windows.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 24 fixes and usability enhancements. REST API requests can search for multiple values with the 'in' operator. An issue with the ordering of JSON search results has been fixed. Fulltext searching in expert mode no longer strips punctuation. The API now lazy loads linked records when their fields are requested. A new '/workers/me' endpoint is available in the API for translating credentials to a specific worker. Some PHP strict mode warnings have been fixed. API requests can be signed using 'X-Date' in environments where 'Date' cannot be set (e.g. jQuery). The favicon has been updated.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 15 fixes and usability enhancements. A new "Sender is worker" condition is available to Virtual Attendants on mail filtering behavior. A minor CSS issue in Chrome which caused the overlay for disabled plugins to be positioned improperly has been fixed. Message worklists may now be filtered, quick searched, and subtotaled by ticket status. Clicking the "(none)" owner subtotal in a ticket worklist will no longer display an error. This release fixes an issue which caused knowledgebase articles to intermittently not save due to latency (mainly in Chrome). Subtotals now work for URL and number fields.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 25 minor fixes and usability tweaks. Workers can send attachments through the external relay. Admins can toggle the built-in relay authentication from Setup. An issue where widgets on some shared dashboards were blank has been fixed. List values can be used in a Web-API search filter by JSON encoding them. Mail filters can perform regexp on headers with multiple values. The time elapsed fields on worklists can use human readable filters like "> 2 days". An issue where two workers replying to the same ticket didn't always trigger the recent activity warning has been fixed.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 14 minor fixes. A workaround bypasses a bug in old 6.x versions of PCRE (CentOS 5, etc.) that could lead to 'InTeRcApS TeXt' in the UI. A bug was fixed in recurring calendar events where weekly schedules could skip every other week. A workaround addresses a bug in PHP 5.3.3 when the 3rd argument to array_walk_recursive() is passed by reference. Time tracking entries created from the Links tab of a profile are now properly linked to the current record. The 'On' field is properly loaded when re-editing a Virtual Attendant behavior that schedules another behavior.

Release Notes: This maintenance update includes 6 usability enhancements and minor fixes. It fixes an issue where ticket URLs could have spaces in them. Switching between workspace tabs on a slow connection will no longer append worklists to the wrong tabs. Custom fields are now set on tasks before Virtual Attendant behavior runs for the 'New task created' event. As defined by RFC-2231, the 'Content-Disposition:' header is checked before 'Content-Type' for naming attachments. API credentials can be created for non-admin workers.
