MP3 Diags

MP3 Diags finds problems in MP3 files and helps the user fix many of them. It looks at both the audio part (VBR info, quality, normalization) and the tags containing track information (ID3). It has a tag editor, which can download album information (including cover art) from MusicBrainz and Discogs, as well as paste data from the clipboard. Track information can also be extracted from a file's name. Another component is the file renamer, which can rename files based on the fields in their ID3V2 tag (artist, track number, album, genre, etc.).

Release Notes: This unstable release adds clang compatibility and a few minor fixes and improvements. When in CLI mode, the offsets associated with notes are now shown, and the notes are sorted by these offsets. More logs and retry logic will hopefully help identify the reason a few users (apparently for no reason) run into file write errors on Windows.

Sweet project! Can you please change the "Operating System" comment on your project's FreshMeat front page to Posix AND Windows etc.? People, like myself, will often see only Linux/Unix projects and not delve any further. I was delighted to see Windows binary support for this cool project! Keep up the good work! - zutroi67
