Pattern-lab is a pattern recognition program. It is optimized for OCR, but not constrained to it. The method used is mainly 'pattern matching'. Separation of merged patterns is one of the main goals. It is currently under development.

Release Notes: This release is mainly for updating to the latest GTK2+ version. The toolkit settings can be stored into preferences and are callable by batch jobs for tests. A minimal enclosing circle calculation is included, as well as a simple rectangle decomposition on pattern contours.
