Release Notes: An upgraded X server platform boosts performance and compatibility. It is now possible to use the "GNOME Shell" with ThinLinc. A brand new HTML5 Client has been added, allowing access from mobile devices such as the Apple iPad. The ThinLinc client now supports Kerberos authentication. The X Server now provides the X keyboard extension (XKB). This release features support for publishing a single application. The Windows client is now supported on Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012.

Release Notes: Support for systems with multiple monitors has been greatly enhanced. The ThinLinc session will respect monitor boundaries just like a local desktop would. A 64-bit client is now available for Linux. This makes it easier to install on most modern distributions, and will also give a performance boost. Compatibility with Mac OS X 10.8 has been improved. The installation programs for the Windows client are now signed. The embedded PulseAudio server, which is used for audio redirection, has received a major upgrade. The RDP client now supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0.

Release Notes: This release features a brand new installer, which should make the installation a breeze on most distributions. This includes RHEL 6, SLED 11, and Ubuntu 12.04. The server is distributed in the DEB package format in addition to RPM. Compatibility with desktop environments such as Unity 2D, KDE4, and XFCE has been improved. Support for servers and clients older than 2.0.0 has been removed. The Linux smart card authentication has been re-implemented. It is now smaller and twice as fast.

Release Notes: New platforms, including Mandriva Enterprise Server and Unity 2D, are now supported. All server components are available as 64-bit versions. The performance on high latency networks has been improved. Four new translations have been added: Dutch, French, Russian, and Turkish. The OS X client has been translated. The functionality of the Web administration interface has been improved.

Release Notes: New platforms such as Windows 2008 R2 and the latest Linux distributions from Red Hat and Ubuntu are now supported. VirtualBox integration has been added. This advanced VDI solution works well in conjunction with VirtualGL and ThinLinc, and can deliver high performance graphics with OpenGL applications in a thin client environment. This release features a new Web administration GUI. The performance of many RENDER operations has been improved: the "render_bench" test indicates a performance increase of 100%. Additionally, the graphics engine of the client ("vncviewer") has been rewritten.

Release Notes: This is a update to the 3.1.1 version. It is now possible to install ThinLinc on 64-bit Debian based systems. The OpenGL support has been enhanced. The Mesa software has been upgraded, and several issues have been resolved. The smart card support has been enhanced and several bugs have been fixed.

Release Notes: This is an update to the 3.1.0 version. The performance of the Windows client has been improved, and it is about twice as fast as the previous version. This gives radically improved performance in many cases, such as video playback. A client package for IGEL Universal Desktop terminals is now provided. The smart card support has been enhanced. The client distribution TLCOS now includes basic scanner support.

Release Notes: This release includes several major new features. ThinLinc now supports systems such as Windows 7 and 64-bit versions of Windows Server. The smart card support has been enhanced. There are major enhancements for VMware based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure deployments. The performance of the X server has been increased. For example, the "gtkperf" performance test typically indicates a performance increase of 50%.
