Release Notes: The -v option now means "version", and -V means "verbose". The -a option was changed to -x and the -s option lets the user pick a doctype. The -n option was added to disable network. A problem with screen blocks in which para was closed when not open has been fixed. "[" for filename was replaced with "[[file:]]". "[[" is used for xrefs. Literal blocks are encoded into entities. The -e option was added to specify encoding. "[[dir:foo]]" was added for directories. "[[dev:foo]]" was added for device files. Ordered lists and itemized lists may now be nested up to four levels deep, with mix-and-match. "#" and "*" no longer have to be in the first column. ISO Entity reference was added.

Release Notes: This release permits the production of a complete DocBook file, with support for <articleinfo> and DOCTYPE declarations. It no longer requires additional LDP tools to do this and is a standalone utility.
