SONaFR is a small system based upon OpenBSD 4.1 and 5.1. Version 1.0 is a floppy version with router, NAT, and firewall capabilities. No hard disk or CD-ROM is necessary. The system boots off a floppy, and all you have to do is to configure it. It also has transparent firewall and bandwidth control capabilities. Version 2.0 has two bootable USB images (OpenBSD 5.1); one has 120 MB, and the other one 1 GB. It has DHCP, Midnight Commander (a Norton Commander clone), and various basic system tools.
The censorship tools are a collection of bash scripts for comparing DNS server answers to get the blacklist from the censored server and to make the DNS censorship transparent; downloading censored URLs for teasing the censorship or tuning of censorship statistics; and other functions like opening all censored pages of a blacklist with a browser (e. g. with CensoRaser), and perform rDNS lookup of the sites to which the traffic to censored sites is redirected.
Myaterial is a Web application to keep track of all your sewing work. You can add yarn, fabric, and other materials to the database. You can add all your projects to the database in order to keep track of your upcoming or previous work. You can share your materials if you have anything you would like to trade with others.
OpenNIC Wizard simplifies the process of switching over to using the OpenNIC DNS (Domain Name System) resolver pool in order to gain access to OpenNIC domains (.geek, .oss, .free, etc.) as well as continuing to be able to resolve legacy ICANN domains (.com, .org, .net, etc.). Using OpenNIC Wizard means you can switch over to OpenNIC without knowing anything about DNS or about configuring custom DNS settings.
BugOS is a microkernel operating system. It has a kernel, device drivers, a file system, and an Internet module. The main concepts are that every process has its own computer with its own console, security, and modularization. If a process wants to read the file, it asks the kernel. The kernel forwards the request to the filesystem driver, which reads and writes through the partition handler, which operates over the idehdd driver. The kernel is around 20 KB. Processes are fully separated from hardware.
